Changes and Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return for any item.

Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with the original tag attached.

Return Options

  • In-store: You can return your order at any of our stores at no additional cost.

  • Via Rever: Access the following link to easily manage your return or exchange for a different size/color by entering your order ID and purchase email:

Online Return Costs

  • From Spain: €6.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • From the European Union: €11.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose to receive your refund via gift card, the return is completely free and no return costs will apply.

Exchanges for size or color are completely free of charge.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 to 10 days from the date the return is accepted. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at purchase or, if you prefer, via bank transfer or gift card.
