What is the Muse Community?
The Muse Community is a platform created thinking about you. At Mus&Bombon, we want to thank you for sticking with us season after season and that is why we have decided to create this platform to reward your loyalty.
Thanks to The Muse Community, you will be able to join a points platform, which will bring you exclusive benefits and discounts.
How to join the loyalty platform?
To join The Muse Community, all you have to do is log in to our Mus&Bombon website. If you don't have a user account, you can create one by clicking on the ‘My account’ icon on the top right hand side of the website.
In the case of physical shops, you will be able to join the platform when you make a purchase, indicating to our team your intention to be part of The Muse Community. At that moment, the team will ask you for your details and will generate your virtual card.
In both cases, when you register in the platform, you will receive an email welcoming you to The Muse Community and from where you will be able to download the virtual card and add it directly to the virtual Wallet of your mobile. To do this, you must choose which of the options is suitable for your device (Android or iOS) and follow the instructions.
If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer service team by emailing atencion.cliente@japinternational.es.
How to get points?
The accumulation of points takes place at the time of making purchases at Mus&Bombon, either in our physical shops or on our website.
In addition, for each of our products on the website, you can find the number of points you would get for buying that product.
For every euro spent, you earn one Muse Community point. Please note that the sum of points is based on the final purchase price. In other words, in the case of offers or discount codes, points will be assigned based on the final price and excluding shipping costs.
How can I exchange my points?
When you checkout online, at the checkout step, you will find a button labelled ‘Use Omniwallet points’. Once you click on it, a window will appear where you will be informed about the total amount of points you have available and a calculator where you can add the number of points you want to exchange. Based on the number of points you add, you will be informed of the amount of discount you will receive.
In the case of purchases in our physical shops, the Mus&Bombon team will tell you how to proceed.
For each point, you will receive a discount of 0.05€. This means that for every 100€ spent at Mus&Bombon, you will receive a total of 5€ discount.
What happens if I return my order?
When you place an order, you will earn new points depending on the amount of the purchase receipt. In the case of a total or partial return of the order, the total of numbers equivalent to the amount of the return will be automatically subtracted.
In the event that you place an order where you have used, as part of the payment method, the points you have accumulated and, subsequently, you make a return, as soon as our team receives the product and accepts that it is in good condition, you will receive the amount of the refund and the return of the points redeemed.
How do I unsubscribe from The Muse Community?
To cancel your subscription to The Muse Community, please contact the Mus&Bombon customer service team by emailing atencion.cliente@japinternational.es.
In the email, you must inform us of the reason for your unsubscription, your name and the email address with which you registered for the platform.
Following your request, our team will contact you with the resolution of the case and what it entails.
The Muse Community Terms and Conditions
These conditions regulate the General Conditions of Use of the Loyalty Card and points of the company JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. with address at C/ Bailèn 13, 08010, Barcelona, CIF B-66502774.
The use of the Loyalty Card and points (hereinafter, the loyalty programme) is subject to these General Conditions and therefore the application and use of the programme implies its express adherence and acceptance.
- The Card is free, personal and non-transferable, and the Cardholder must prove his/her identity at the moment of its use, if so required by the staff of JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L.
- The Card may be linked to an e-mail address, JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. reserves the right to verify through the cashier staff that the e-mail address corresponds to the Cardholder.
- Cardholders can be all individuals over 18 years of age and who are in our sales portfolio.
- The Card is valid in official Mus&Bombon shops and on the website www.musbombon.com.
- The Card is not a means of payment and does not allow you to clear outstanding balances of any kind or for any reason, including financed purchases, nor is the value of discounts redeemable for cash.
- The Card allows you to benefit from discounts for purchases of JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. products both in physical shops and online purchases, according to the promotions offered by the company at any given time, receive advertising of our products and services by the means of your choice, as well as the possibility of accessing events, exclusive content and other additional advantages.
- The Card is valid for an indefinite period of time. For this reason, JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time all or part of the benefits associated with its use (points, gifts, advantages, prizes).
- The Card is made available to any person who requests it.
- If you decide to share the use of the Card with third parties (either because you provide them with the card or because they provide your telephone number as the Cardholder at the cash desk at the time of purchase) it is at your own risk.
- The collection and processing of personal data as a member of the loyalty programme of JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. linked to the Card will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy that you will find on the musbombon.com website.
- It is the customer's responsibility to notify JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. of any changes to the personal data provided to obtain the Card. The customer will be able to modify these data whenever he/she considers it necessary by sending an e-mail to: atencion.cliente@japinternational.es. Otherwise, JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. will consider the data provided by the customer to be valid.
- Commercial communications: The holder of the Card through the registration in JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. will give his express consent to treat his personal data for advertising or promotional purposes through the channel he has requested. You can exclude yourself from this service easily and free of charge through the link provided by JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. to cancel your registration in each of the communications sent by JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L.
- The responsibility for the use and custody of the Card corresponds exclusively to its holder from the moment JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. gives it to him/her. JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. is not responsible for any contingency related to the Card once it has been given to the holder, nor for the discounts that could be made effective with the Card in an improper way. JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. is not responsible for the use of the Card by third parties either through the direct use of the Card or indirectly by providing the Cardholder's telephone number.
- In the event of loss or theft of the Card, you can notify us through the Customer Service Department. You will be able to obtain a new card with the same membership number. Remember that you can always check your membership number and access your card by logging into your customer area of the Mus&Bombon website.
- In case you want to cancel the Card you will have to request it through Customer Service, losing at that moment all your rights as Card holder and the totality of the points.
- JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. reserves the right to cancel the Card with loss of its inherent rights in case of misuse of the Card or breach of these terms and conditions.
- JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. reserves the right to contact you to inform you in relation to any matter related to the Card.
- It is advisable that you review the general conditions regularly, it may be that JAP INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. modifies them to adapt them to changes in regulations or in our services.
